• THIS is the Plumber we’ve been looking for !! We filled out their online service request form and were called not 10 minutes later by a very nice lady. We were in need of a plumber because of a faulty hot water heater (that had been installed only 2 years previously by another company). Kevin, the owner, knew immediately what our problem was (particular brand is known for failing). Luckily we were still under warranty. Kevin went to his supply place, got the replacement, and installed the new one – all in one day. Can’t recommend Five Star high enough! Plus he honored the online coupon – even though our printer is broken and we couldn’t print it out. Good business practice!

• I was visiting my parents and found that their upstairs shower would only release very hot water. Didn’t know who to call, did a Google search and glad that I found Five Star Plumbing. • Kevin Omar, owner of Five Star Plumbing and Heating, has been our plumber for more than 12 years, and we’ve recommended him to many of our friends and family. We rely on Kevin for many reasons, but the most important is that he is just that – very reliable!  Kevin , without fail, promptly returns our phone calls and puts our mind at ease as to whether our “plumbing problem of the moment” is one of urgency or one which can wait to be scheduled at our convenience.  One particular plumbing problem we encountered a few years ago comes to mind. Our hot water tank was leaking and we couldn’t shut off the valve. We placed a call to Kevin, and as usual heard back from him quickly. The unusual part of this story was that he was calling us from a cruise ship! I felt so badly that we had interrupted his vacation, but it was business as usual for Kevin, and he quickly dispatched someone to our home and the water heater was replaced immediately! He also called us back to  follow up and make sure we had been satisfied with the work done. Service such as that is hard to be found, and once you do find it, you don’t let it go! Kevin and his wife Tammy place an emphasis on quality of product and service in their business. They are professional, friendly, and provide total peace of mind to the homeowner. It just doesn’t get any better than that!
